Shipping Policy
We ship from our Tulsa, Oklahoma studio and aim to process orders within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Delivery times vary based on your location and selected method.
Domestic Shipping
standard shipping: 3-7 business days via USPS or UPS. Cost: Flat rate $5 for orders under $50; free for $50+.
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days. Cost: $10-15 (calculated at checkout).
Tracking: Provided via email once shipped.
International Shipping
Available to select countries via USPS International. Delivery: 7-21 business days (custom may delay).
Cost: Start at $15, calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Duties/taxes are your responsibility.
Note: We cannot guarantee delivery times or cover lost international packages.
Order Confirmation: You’ll recieve an email with details upon shipment. If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you and offer a refund or substitute.
Lost/Damaged Packages: Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery with your order number. We’ll file a claim and replace/resend if eligible.
Holiday/High-Volume Delays: Except longer times during peak seasons; we’ll communicate updates.
Returns Policy
Return Cost
We want you to love your purchase! Returns are accepted under the following conditions. For hygiene reasons, all sales of opened or used products (e.g., soaps, oils) are final.
Eligibility:
Unopened, unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Defective or damaged products (notify us within 7 days with photos).
We do not accept returns for custom orders, samples, or final sale items.
Process:
1. Email support@mindfulmiragescents.com with your order number, reason, and photos (if applicable).
2. We’ll provide a return label (shipping costs deducted from refund unless due to our error).
3. Ship back within 7 days.
Refunds:
Processed to original payment method within 5-10 business days of recieving the return.
Full refund for product price; original shipping not refunded. Return shipping is your responsibility unless faulty.
Exchanges: Available for same or similar items (subject to stock).
Exceptions: No returns on gift cards, digital downloads, or clearance items. International returns: Contact us for case-by-case approval (your cover costs).
